All unused items have a 30 day money back guarantee less shipping and handling. If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at sales@jksports.com or call customer service at 1-866-360-5299 to receive a RA number (Return Authorization Number) before making any return or exchange. We will email you an RA number to send your item back for exchange or refund. This number must be clearly written on the outside of any returned package to be accepted. If this number is not clearly written on the outside of any returned package, that package will not be accepted at our warehouse for return or exchange. Any items that are returned without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
